Can you just imagine the discussion in the households when they get a new ISP............
I suspect the big players will bundle the porn access with high bandwidth or other bloke thing so you aren't signing up to the porn explicitly, you just get it with the x, y and Z What an utterly dire approach, appealing to the snap judgement, 'what's your favorite biscuit' brigade. This technology is not a tool that's going to unload the responsibility for parents onto the ISP, parents still need to keep an eye on what their kids are up to, and simple things like keeping computers in a family area are methods that can work. Little Jimmy will still get round this with a proxy, or even, just download it of torrents/newsgroups, given the chance, but he might not when mums in the corner watching Eastenders.
