Why unbelievable? Much of Africa is still a very primitive place.

a total waste imo. what they need most is time to get this sort of primitive rubbish out of their systems

close the shutters and let them just get on with it for a couple of hundred years, money just makes the place worse because greed and self interest get intertwined with utter backwardsness - a dangerous combination
