Why would the publicly funded broadcaster think it appropriate to tweet something that was an embarrassment to the President of our greatest ally and important partner. rolleyes Has been picked up by US news too so Trump will probably see it. https://www.washingtonpost.com/news/worldviews/wp/...

Is it because the BBC is yet again pushing it's ridiculously left-wing pro-Monarchy agenda?

Probably because someone at BBC Three has a sense of humour.

If that is the best straw you can grasp at, we can definitively say there is no bias problem at the BBC.

Not really, a rather obvious attempt to excuse the left bias by using a strawman point.

Exactly. The real story with the Trump crowd was not that it was meagre but that he said it was the biggest ever. (Or something like that.) So he was the one that made it into a story.

Woman's Hour today, listen in at 34 minutes for about one minute.

https://www.bbc.co.uk/programmes/b0b39v0g

Interviewee listing countries that are funding attempts to end child marriage.

Presenter very specifically tries to determine that the Trump administration has cut funding for this, as if it's a given.

And is shot down in flames.

Commenting and noting the continued drip feeding (as shown in just that example in that clip) is a symptom of the "group think" that is epidemic with the BBC.
Thatis not a moan or groan.

Yes, if it wasn't for BBC bias we'd have a Tory government and would be leaving the EU. rolleyes
