Political bias at BBC - something has to be done surely
Discussion
Yesterday Radio 4 were going on about Justin Welby's idea of giving all 25 year olds ten grand, paid for by higher taxes. This idea developed with the IPPR, as the newsreader said every half hour.
The IPPR are left-wing* as Nick Robinson muttered sotto voce at one point.
You can bet the farm that if a right-wing think tank (e.g. The Adam Smith Institute) had managed to get a report on lowering taxes first in the half-hourly news (as unlikely as that may be ) they would have been described as, e.g. "Right wing think tank the Adam Smith Institute".
It's so insidious, I wonder if they even know they are doing it themselves at times.

BBC banging on about anti-Semitism, fails to mention which community the vast majority of anti-Semitism comes from and/or the historic reasons for it, it's no wonder 1 in 3 want to leave the UK, their abusers are protected, unlike the 1400 young girls in Rotherham.
Theres a certain irony in your statement and posting history.P.s. the Tommy Robinson/racism thread is that way -->

What have I said that's a) Factually incorrect? b) Racist?
Tensions in Israel and the Westbank have a very long history, so much so that during the 2nd world war, the Nazi's drafted in the enemies of the Jewish people to fight alongside the German army.
My point was that the BBC talks about anti-Semitism, but doesn't mention where the abuse comes from or why, in fact the way they've been talking about it may lead people to believe that it's the likes of the EDL, Britain first and all that lot.....

Any fool can see that muttering sotto voce is sig of clear bias. The IPPR are left-wing* as Nick Robinson muttered sotto voce at one point.

It was that if it had been the other way round it would have been announced in the bulletins at 0600, 0630, 0700, 0730, 0800 and 0830. But was mentioned very quietly, once, almost under his breath in one of several pieces on it.
