And they are definitely not the only ones...and they then have the cheek to moan about rent being capped at £400/week.

About time the Government put a stop to this rent abuse, or at least reduced the abuse. On the other side I would expect some landlords will be taking a hit.

To add to this I saw a report on TV the other day talking about councils 'may' prosocute tenants who sub let council properties! grr. piss boiling.
They also 'may' revise limits of earinings and entitlement to council property. In some places you can be entitled to a council flat if you are earning 100k p/year..!
That is an unbeleivable amount of money. If you need a council house and you're earning that amount of money, you really need to take a look at your life.
