Apology from the PM today to which he added of the the Government Communications Security Bureau (GCSB) "They have failed on the most basic of levels."

It's like it was an investigation designed to actually fail legal hurdles . Is it possible they just didn't much fancy cooperation with the US and sabotaged the operation?

More likely someone with influence just wanted the website down as quickly as possible, and the consequences didnt matter.

Apparently he will have a new site up by the end of the year.
