I've avoided posting this in SP&L because the content has a clear police slant, coming as it does from Gadget's blog, trying to avoid the usual SP&L unpleasant trolls frankly..
It does however deserve a wider airing.
It does support what I have been saying on a couple of the threads in SP&L, the key point being that the police are one service who are not being allowed to reduce their service, in fact have more to do as others are reducing / removing their service.
