"Says it's the EUs fault that the UK has not been able to offer a solution on avoiding a hard border in Ireland"

without being in the customs union and single market this is impossible. There is no solution.

The only solution is having a less hard boarder where good checks are caried out away from it, like in norway etc.
That's not how Brexiteers tell it - they continue to sell the idea that it's the EUs fault, that if it wasn't for May/Remoaners then it'd all be okay. That it definitely isn't just a crap idea that will create problems in Ireland, and even if it does then they don't live there so fk 'em.

That would involve establishing a team to do that, recruit some bureaucrats to set the IT and paperwork up. Build a depot, lease some vans and buy some uniforms.

JRM and his shower haven't begun to picture how that actually works in practice, how much it's going to cost, both in hard costs and hidden costs. They just wave their hands and shout slogans about technology, and teutonic arrogance holding the plucky Brits back. Don't extend A50 under any circumstances no matter how clear their mismanagement and incompetence is.

It's bks.

Nigel is arguably the greatest living Englishman. The most successful politician in our time having had that success without even being an MP.

The EU is like a playground bully who steals our lunch money and those who side with them are the bully's henchmen.

Is it just me... or do the remoaners seem to be getting ever more unpleasant and vitriolic as the chances of remaning, second referendum, people's vote, etc... recede?

Nearly every news item now is full on project fear its just back ground noise and I don't think anyone other than remain voters even notice it.

I'm not sure they have been. The level of outright rudeness and hostility seems to have ramped up since the "People's vote" has been taken off the table and the choice has now been limited to May's Deal or No Deal.

I guess stomping around and being aggressive when you don't get your way is habitual to some, most grow out of it when they get passed their teenage years.

Grown ups using terms like remoaners and remainiacs to call others immature. Cool, cool.

Well when Brexiteers insist on nonsense clips fit only for Twitters character limit, those with actual discussion slots to fill probably end up talking to people actually able to articulate their concerns by default.

Sometimes I think Nigel has a point (OK I'm gullible)

Then I give my head a wobble, and remind myself that he's spent yrs undermine our position with the EU. Whilst claiming an MEP's salary.

Permission to be childish.... Thanks

I think all the traitors that voted to flush our country down the s hitter should be lined up and machine gunned then dumped on a giant pontoon in the Irish Sea as a warning to any other fruitcakes to stay firmly under their slimy little rocks and never show their faces again. Oh and Nigel Farage is a massive hypocritical t wat who should give every penny of his MEP salary to charity, the man has no honour or integrity. Greatest living Englishman my arse!

You're surely not thinking ill of 'man of the people, Dulwich college-educated, former commodities broker, German passports for his kids-grabbing, barely-seen-since-the-vote, Nige' are you?
