Mr Wu, owner of Wanli has given a £100m dowry for his daughter's marriage:

Telegraph said:
Wu Ruibiao included as part of his largesse four boxes of gold which were placed on his daughter's bed as well as a Porsche and a Mercedes-Benz which were handed over draped with red ribbons.

But the generosity of the father did not end there.
A bank account has been opened with an initial deposit of 20 million yuan and five million shares in Mr Wu's company, Wanli, with an estimated value of 100 million yuan, were transferred.

Added to the gifts are a list of properties, including several villas and a retail store in Quanzhou city. Mr Wu also gave 15 million yuan to two local charities, for good luck.

In recent years, the billionaire entrepreneurs of Jinjiang have competed for bragging rights over who can amass the largest dowry.

According to one Hong Kong newspaper, marrying a girl from Jinjiang is "better than robbing a bank".
Simply insane!

A previous car of mine came with a set of Wanli something-or-others on the front.

They were so loud I honestly though a wheel bearing was about to collapse.

Cheers Mr Wu

Wanli's are the best tyres ever.

Put 2 on the back axle of an E30. Put 4 bar in them. Drift them an entire day and they look brand spanking new.

Absolutely amazing biggrin
