Dozens of Palestinians have been wounded in clashes with undercover Israeli troops disguised as vegetable vendors.
With the US excluded, is there any other reason why Israel isnt held to account for their actions?

Nothing will happen to Israel as long as America has the right to veto any and all UN sanctions against Israel.

There are hundreds of reasons. Some historical, some current, Some legitimate, some not. The bottom line though is that I think a large % of the planet is just tired of the whole Arab-Israeli conflict. Neither side is blameless, and despite the rhetoric of the protagonists, and the efforts of the would be peace makers (including the USA) peace is no closer to coming to the middle east today than it was 40 years ago.
In that time, the Israelis have evolved into paranoid monsters and the Arab world has been pretty united in its efforts to ensure that the Palestinians are kept as the whipping boys for their own (Arab world) anti Israeli plans.
People talk of a 2 state solution. It needs to be an 8 state solution in the very least. - As such its not going to happen until a game changing event occurs.
An awful situation.

I agree. According to my secret info leek-ed from IDF sauces, I carrot believe this to be true. Most vegetable vendors want peas between Israel and the West Bank.

Snow peas in the immediate future I foresee, broadleaf speaking there not shallot can be done by the western world until one squashes the other I fear. Lettuce see what the next week or two brings and hope the incidences of rocket and rapeseed reduce.

Do you think Israel is the only country that conducts covert actions against its enemies?

Was that the question he asked?

How many questions can we cram into a nested quote?

Tune in next week folks for the exciting conclusion to "PH:Never answer a question unless it's with another question!"

For the same reason Palestine isn't held accountable for cross boarder rocket attack, maybe?

I suspect neither side wants a peaceful resolution. They are addicted to fighting.

No.

Is it just Israel you want holding to account for such things or everyone?

Well... Really you can blame a lot, if not all, the western powers with how Israel was created.

Palestine isnt even a member of the UN, and wasnt even recognised until very recently! How would you suggest they get their point heard?

Not at all. It's just that most countries have a certain element of covertness to their covert operations which Israel rather lacks.

Peacefully. That way they wouldn't keep giving the Israelis all the justification they need for their actions
