Following on from my comments in the ladies of Aintree thread re the lovely Kathrine Jenkins, it seems we have a new hero lady to admire!

Quick! Whilst the story is still fresh, someone call the Daily Mail and tell them that Pistonhead's and it's members, were savagely attacked and traumatised by a savage attack from the Mumsnet posse.

She's a vacuous C-List celeb famous initially for dumping Les Dennis when he outlived his usefulness and latterly for appearing on programmes which could best be described as the "lavatorial U-bend" of modern TV.

A botoxed waste of space.

She does have a point about that site. At times the bile directed towards other women is quite eye opening. Personally I can't abide her, but in this I think she is spot in.

yes

Although from my experience of a maternity ward, most women seem to be like that when they get together in a female-only environment. If there is a male present, they club together and hate him, remove the male from the equation and they get quite tribal in slagging each other off for petty reasons that really make no sense confused

Probably NSFW

.. it's also probably true in one respect that her career 'body clock' is ticking very loudly now. At most she has 2-3 years of front line media before she's considered 'old' and 'past it'. She must be very aware of that fact.

Had a quick glance through - one of them thought that there were more of them than there are us. That can't be right, surely?

I agree. All I had thrown at me from midwives, nurses and other female NHS staff when my wife was in labour, was "see what you've gone and done?" this and "this is all your fault!" that.
I soon shut their fking mouths when I mentioned that actually, it was my wife's idea to get pregnant. Gossiping s.

Was it Basingstoke by any chance? All we had was the vacuous bints saying "men do not understand what we have to go through", "a man must have designed this because it is not suitable" .
The worst was when I walked through the door for visiting hours with a group of female visitors and I was challenged on why I was there, I asked why she didn't 'challenge' the women too and was told that men are a higher security risk mad

NHS, sexism matters.

Damn thats an entertaining thread, If I could spare the time <or could be arsed> I would stick some statistical analysis on there. smile

You have a penis you is a potential rapist innit, dont tell The Gays that they secretly harbour female rape fantasies smile

Or the large numbers of guys with environmentally caused testosterone problems <and who cant get it up> smile

Or Post op prostate guys who are none functioning smile

The list is endless, step Forward Mr Gin I like your bravery for stepping into that unwinnable debate smile

ETA not to mention guys like me, married 38 years and not interested in any other women anymore <I value my completeness in case the boss reads this thread> smile
Bravery for sure. Reading mumsnet is OK but taking on such a high dosage of the mental is never a good idea.
