As if free nursing care for the over 65's, - free university education for all Scottish or EU undergraduates (except if you come from England, NI or Wales - you lot have to pay for your FE in lovely friendly neighbourly Scotland), - universal free prescriptions (NI and Wales have this too)...wasn't enough, I've just found out the greedy bds get cheaper NHS dental treatment as well!

Band 1 example: Scale and polish - England £18.50, Wales £13.00, Scotland £10.60, NI £10.40

Band 2 example: Large amalgam filling - England £50.50, Wales £42.00, Scotland £18.52, NI £18.00

Band 3 example: Crown - England £219, Wales £180.90, Scotland £70.08, NI £varies

If we're supposed to be ONE NATION, how the fk can this be...?

One of the many reasons that Scotland spends billion more than it puts back in taxes. The wonderful SNP government holding the UK to ransom.

No, we're not.

The UK is a supranational occupying power in all its component nations, only a tiny elite would suffer from its end.

But we take out MORE more.

Given up on the idea of independence yet, or are you still destroying Scotland?

So the report out tomorrow (months ahead of burns night) with pretty much everything which was promised - egg on face for the SNP and those who kept saying don't trust Westminster they have broken the vow.

I put it to you the SNP and Pro Yes broke their promise to rebuild divisions and accept the outcome - they lied.

Block grant will be drastically less as tax will be raised within Scotland and spent within Scotland (fair enough).

So functional then.

Right so what's the difference to the UK - though the answer is a resounding No vote.

Discussion on Newsnight about income tax powers and snigger Willies was mentioned

Willies = Work in London Live in Scotland

As a situation whereby we have different income tax rates within the UK its dead simple to move about and also for the highest earners dividends are excluded so the big worry is Scotland will become the highest tax area jn the UK but drawing in the least tax revenue.

They did say doing it pie cement is the wrong way it should be all 4 members of the Union together else its just not going to work.

Wealthy mobile people will find being mobile within the UK to attract different income tax rates will be dead simple.
