He just seems to be a vile, self centred individual who should never have been let off charges for the accident.
100% agree.

Day one I felt very sorry for him.

Then we found out that he should not have been driving and knew it.

Now this.

Honestly this male is a lost cause with little or no hope of redemption. However he thought he would get away with it unnoticed escapes me.

I had sympathy for the guy until it was revealed that he failed to disclose a medical condition and now I think he is an arrogant kunt who couldn't give a shiot!
Indeed. What an arrogant and selfish bd.

That would depend on the charge options. Otherwise than in accordance with a licence gets 3-6 points, discredit art disqualification and a maximum £1000 fine. If the court told him not to drive then I would guess you could try for contempt in which case all bets are off. No insurance would be another potion as well. No licence makes the insurance void (usual 3rd party liability issues aside). I would suspect just a single penalty as all the offences would be part of the same overall offence. If it is dealt with under road traffic laws then I would expect him to be before the beak in fairly short order. It should be an open and shut case.

Tosser of the highest order. If he had another event then he would be facing manslaughter as a minimum.

Kunt......

This guy reveals yet again his total disregard for his fellow humans. Put the tosser in the jail where he belongs....
And complete lack of remorse for his victims. Kunt doesn't get nowhere near enough to what he is.
I didn't defend him in the past, but I did have some element of sympathy because I didn't think the Scottish press were very responsible in their reporting of the story.

Now? f*ck him.

Throw him to the dogs, the c*nt.

I suppose many of us would do the same to dodge the likely outcome of internal procedures, but he does seem to live without any accountability for his actions.

Minutes before he was due to be sacked too.

So why was he permitted to resign?

I can only assume that it would save the effort and legal implications of firing him.

You can't stop someone from resigning. Question of permission doesn't arise.

So did resigning mean he keeps some benefits? Pension?

It could be suggested he had a notice period... Within which the disciplinary process could continue.

This old prick should be in Bar-L by now. How can someone under the circumstances get away with killing 6 people?

TBH I'm surprised he's not been lynched yet.

Anyone else think the tt waited until the last minute deliberately so it would cost his former employer as much as possible before he resigned ?

Oh yes. Yet again the man leaves no doubt that he is the lowest of the low and will do what he wants to do and to hell with everyone else.

Rather than wanting to inconvenience his employer, I think it was purely down to keeping his salary for as long as possible.

Means he'll keep his pension this way, seems insane that you can kill half a dozen people due to lying multiple times and get away with it.
