I haven't kept close to this really, I just hate from a distance.

However, I am correct in thinking that having been a bus driver and bin man, theres zero chance of him being able to have a comfortable retirement?

Just checking there's no payoffs or any such junk!

So this gormless prick can drive a bin lorry AFTER killing people and all is well, but if I drive past a yellow box on a post, on an empty motorway I could get done for dangerous driving and be sent to prison????!!!!
Did I miss something, he drove the bin lorry AFTER killing people, confused.

My error, I meant that he drove after killing people with the bin lorry.

Thanks for that, thought I had missed something, but your right, he is a gormless prick. Good job someone shopped him, and he tried to deny it.

Just hope he gets a custodial sentence, and enjoy himself.

So I am reading today a van driver fell asleep at the wheel, crashed and killed a woman on the hard shoulder.

He got TWO years, and Mr.Bin man got what! How's that work then, makes no sense whatsoever.

Strangely enough, same surname as well.

And so it continues. Here's hoping it gets them somewhere. But i'm not sure how the council can be held accountable if he was signed off as fit?

It seems like the tax payer will unfortunately have to pay out for this bd's actions.

I still can't get my head around the fact that he can't be touched. The families can't get anything out of him personally (not that it will bring anyone back).

Banned from driving now. Not that he'll care.

Seems this bag of excrement avoided jail as he is a "first time offender"

Why he was never prosecuted after the bin-lorry crash is a mystery.

Might pop to Hills and see what the odds are on him being caught driving again....

First of the legal battles won. £800k, not that it matters but hopefully it's some sort of closure.

Thought it was settled rather than 'won' as such? Did anyone actually admit liability or was it just a payment?

And yet we have guys in prison for speeding on motorbikes and even last week, that useless tt that crashed through the hedage on his bike, hurting no one but himself gets an 8 month suspended sentence.

This in the Glasgow case needs locking the fk up, but he kills 6 buggers, stays out of klink, carries on driving, satys out of link. Rinse and repeat. I hope the gets "bad aids"laugh

Aye and just down the road in Motherwell the same Police force and court system putting the full weight of the law to try and jail a fella for teaching his girlfriends dog a Nazi salute. I love living in Scotland but sometimes I just don't get us
