Well yes a 990 form for tax exemption isn't going to cut it for for anything more than $50k per annum and Her Maj isn't just going to be releasing large sums of money into a potentially fraudulent body is she?

Almost as though PA's lawyers knew exactly what they were doing with the agreement and the baseless claims of multi million settlement were just the press going fishing in the hope of forcing a denial they could then elicit the terms of the deal from.
