I could say the same. You never asked me to rephrase. If you had have I'd have done so. Why would you get grief ? Its simply OPINION. This is a discussion thread, a debating platform. If Katie Price stood accused of a CDBDD for instance, a discussion of the circumstances would follow and we would hear varied OPINIONS on her likely guilt.It's not worth the grief from our PoV.
As I stated, hundreds of cases have likely been discussed on PH over the years and OPINIONS on guilt proffered prior to verdict.
I don't recall too many being pulled, so why this one ?

Edit, it's slightly different than the 'wouldn't with a barge pole' kind of comment...the guy mentions rape explicitly. And being drunk. Does this excuse rape? What is his mindset?

Forget the politics, forget the prospect or otherwise of Police action - are you saying that a woman shouldn’t be upset about being spoken of in this way in front of a global audience leading to hundreds of others commenting to the same audience about whether they would or wouldn’t rape her ?

I'd have thought his point is that causing upset should be "ok" and that people just need to get on with it.This tool is playing to a fairly narrow audience, but these forums prove that his "white male as a victim of PC oppression" resonates with a certain type.
