So no its not ducking or swerving its not a personality vote it should be done on policies presented on what will help every one (Country) the most.
If it's just down to what will help the country most, absolutely, keep Corbyn in and we'll get on with finding out which party will replace it as the second most electable.

I did think it was supposed to be about getting Labour elected, which is more about what the country thinks is good for it than what a small protest movement think is good for the country.

Why don't they spend their time on creating and publicising their policies instead?
Oh yes, they don't have any....
Indeed, it is pure hateful vindictiveness after Corbyn's political stunt/smear attempt blew up in his face. As we know, honours should really be used as compensation for those commissioned to say that Labour isn't antisemitic.

I think his Branson comments are ill-times if nothing else as it comes across as spiteful and vindictive and purely down to the Virgin sage.

Funny thing is from time to time Corbyn and McDonnell say stuff that I can find myself agreeing with, but it seems clear that they are both rather unpleasant and vindictive should you dare to question them or disagree.
Wanting the removal of an honour for publically humiliating The Dear Leader? What a rational response.

Surprised they haven't suggested putting Branson on an artillery range and shelling him to bits. The current leadership of the Labour party seem to have more in commmon with those of North Korea than the United Kingdom.

Quite.

There's a piece in the Guardian today about how Virgin breached their own internal policy by releasing the CCTV footage.

It's quite comical really, well dangerous really, how it's considered all above board for the leader of the opposition (a position that should bring a level of responsibility) to bullst but it's wrong when the company he does it about comes out swinging in response confused

Daft thing is, done a different way i.e. honestly Corbyn may have a point about rail fares and crowding but AIUI he could probably have chosen from a lot of operators who are much worse than Virgin.

On holiday a while ago this year was chatting to some people there and happened to call JC the C bomb and how utterly re traded his views were. One chap said I fully support him - I was drunk and jokingly said I'm surprised any of his followers could afford to holiday in these places (he didn't speak to me again....oh well)

According to Socialist V1.0 Paul Mason the coup against Corbyn was because the labour front bench was worried he would win a general election.

worth remembering that if Branson had whitewashed anti-semitism in the party report he'd been given a Lordship.

I'm hearing a lot about Smith vs Corbin at the moment.

"I'll do this for education."
"Well, I'll do this + 1."
"Well, I'll do this + 2."

Surely, Smith should say, "If you want Tories to be in office for another term, vote Corbin."
That won't work, he's a Red Tory himself, haven't you heard? hehe

Yet the people commentating still think the sun shines out of Corbyns backside. Nothing the media prints will persuade them otherwise.
