If Xavier's kept the the other blokes inside him forever, that should be a lesser offence.

If you claim to have a massive pecker and a woman takes you up on it, and you are found out to be lying (which you will be) , does that count as sexual assault?

"A bearded gay man who tricked four straight men into having sex with him by posing as a woman and covering their eyes with a blindfold has been jailed for 15 years.

Duarte Xavier, 33, posed as 'Ana' on dating apps including Tinder and sent provocative images to fool the victims into meeting for sexual encounters.

After being lured to his flat or parks, the victims, aged between 26 and 45, were then blindfolded throughout the encounter."

Of course they knew. How else would they make a complaint?

Although I imagine the implication was that the men knew they were with another man from the off and consented.

Really unlucky for the accused four independent people complained / lied...

Because they've obviously given evidence to the contrary that 'they knew' and thus would have lied.

Mate of ours is a lady boy.

Tall, slim, long hair, softly spoken. Great dancer - can’t hold her tequila though!

Lovely lady and quite shy really.

On occasion does pick up guys for fun in town.

My wife and I have had the discussion a few times: my wife’s version (from our friend) is that it’s the end of the night she (our friend) will go back to guy’s hotel with him, things get a bit heated, guy finds out she has a cock, is a bit confused, has had a few to drink so decide to still have sex in one way or another.

Now, no offence to my mate but first time I met her I didn’t think ‘wow here’s a hot lady’ I thought ‘oh this is a slim guy who wants to be a girl’.

So my take is that the guys she meets know she is a man but are bi or gay or whatever but repressing it, so go through with this whole play act of ‘discovering’ she has a penis, being ‘confused’ and then proceeding to sex. It’s just their way of dealing with it - nothing wrong with that.

I base this on the fact that if I was in the same situation - having found out the nice girl I was about to have sex with was a man I’d say ‘ah...sorry, not my thing. Shall we go back out and carry on drinking instead?’.

My point is, I bet these guys who have been ‘fooled’ by this bearded bloke probably knew what was going on, got themselves sucked off by a guy then panicked or didn’t want to admit to themselves that they have these needs or desires.

It all falls apart for me when you consider that the 4 blokes went to the police, presumably independently of each other.

It's completely at odds with the "they knew what was going on" narrative. Why would they all go to the police, increasing the risk of everyone knowing what happened to them?

Ah, yep, fair point...

Come on though....would you have in any way fallen for this type of thing?

I guess what probably happened lots of kissing then the lady boy gave the guy oral (which was probably great) and then things carried on only to discover drunkenly and hugely arroused / throbbing boner that there are 2 throbbing boners. Possibly they carried on but of experimentation or maybe it was darker in that the lady boy tied them up and gave oral then delivered the goods in the back door.

If it’s the latter then clearly rape
If it’s the former well that’s life move on

Well young man, you've got yourself a job. What do they call you?

Kate.

Isn't that a bit of a... girl's name?

Oh it's, erm, short for, erm... Bob.

Bob?

Yes.

Well, Bob, welcome on board.

He used a fake profile of a girl.

It’s not like your mate who someone can make an assessment of beforehand.

I somewhat doubt four different men turned up, saw the ‘women’ they had been talking to was a man, decided to go through with it and then all made complaints to the police.

They’d all have to have perverted the course of justice and committed perjury. The latter by going to trial. One would have also had to fake the behaviours etc to result in medical evidence regarding PTSD.

What we don’t know is the exact method of the deception. I imagine he engineered it so they didn’t see or hear him prior to (and after) being blindfolded.

Ok, lets say they were blindfolded, however surely they had wandering hands, even if they didn't get to touch his manly bits, surely just having a feel about would make someone think," hold on this is no girl"; women have softer skin than men and generally a different shape.

It's definitely odd, there's no doubt about that.

Perhaps they did realise at that point. Perhaps they were tied up? Who knows?

I’m just still amazed that anyone, regardless of sexual persuasion, gets themselves into a situation where they let a complete stranger that they have only ever ‘met’ online blindfold them before getting down to business in person. Perhaps that ticks a risqué box for them, not for me.

Serious lack of judgement in regard to one’s own personal safety.
