What a bloody halfwit, but I'm sure he got plenty of 'likes' so that's all right then. It'll look especially good when he's 50 and it's a blurred illegible blueish blob that means fk all to anyone.

Because he's completely opposite to someone like Sourbry who screams and shouts and interrupts.

He is well mannered and give considered views.
Whether you agree or disagree with a particular view he has....
He argues his case with very well - and he backs ups his position with points that are crystal clear.

I somehow doubt that is a real tattoo.

Not sure I agree that he's a comedy figure. That's Boris' role. JRM comes across to me as someone who takes his job incredibly seriously, though not himself.

He's definitely got a keen wit. Check out his Instagram post outside the tattoo parlour. I challenge you to find something that clever from any other politician (in any party).

I'm not disputing that he's a thoroughly decent chap.

Just a bit odd that there seems to be some kind of circle-jerk over him and I'll wager that if his name was Wayne and he came from Dudley he wouldn't get a look in.

Such is life, but it's odd.

I think the "circle-jerk" derives from JRM coming across as a very articulate, well mannered chap. He answers directly what he is asked and backs up his answers clearly sometimes to the detrement of the party, which is probably why he is just an MP.

Most politicians (from all parties) just waffle on about any old tripe, twisting it into an attack of the opposition if they possibly can, detracting from the question put before them. Piss boiling politics and it's no wonder we all think they are lying gobshytes.

Labour could do with some JRM's, but because a lot of labour MP's are fking stupid they somehow better represent the communities rather than the well educated chaps. Baffling really.

Because he is his own man. Confident and happy in his skin.

And, unless he is an incredibly good actor, has more integrity, self-belief, and intelligence that the entire Tory and Labour front bench combined.

Random analogy - JRM is Einstein to Steptoe's Rachel Riley

You keep posting that embarrassing link on multiple threads. Notwithstanding adorable man crush that you seem to have going with JRM, he makes the stupid statement, Carney;'Nope, that's not gonna stand' starts to explain things to emotionally stunted man-child, gets rudely interrupted, and that's where Express editing ends.

Two is more than one but you're protesting too much, surely according to the same razor sharp logic displayed in your post this means you have a crush on Carney.

The video content is certainly embarrassing for Carney but he's in a hi-vis role and deserves it.

My first post in the thread out of 99 posts, and yours too if PH stats are working.

On that basis you're at the same level of adoration as me, congrats!

Given the evidence at the link was on-topic, if in turn you find anything material to add you could make it two posts. Best of luck with that.
