yes
As I typed, I realised it goes both ways, and my main example was prison planet and the crazies that instigate there. Of course prison planet and breibart and the like are what helped get Trump elected.

She bangs on and on about having diversity at The Canary, having very strong views that some may find hard to listen to, and then says LBC is no good as they had Katie Hopkins. Surely having KH is about as diverse as you can get? I hate the bint, but although I don't agree with most of her views, I am sure many people do agree with what she says.

Once again a liberal leftie all about being liberal as long as your liberal views are the same as theirs.

She's in an extremely difficult position, I imagine she would have been happier with an election whitewash for Labour than the current situation.

one might imagine that a radio station that has (had!!!) both KH and james o'brien on their roster does run the whole gamut of the (legal, ish) political spectrum and as such is properly diverse

What are you talking about? How would the UK Government ever abolish a European Convention? She has no chance whatsoever of enacting a British Convention of Human Rights. There is a large majority in Parliament against doing so.
Who said abolish ?

I said take it into British law, then amend.
She has no chance of enacting any human rights legislation. Why do you not understand that?

Nick ferrari has just aced it. Calling out John Mcdonnell for saying the residents were murdered as being prejudicial to any future trials. Labours political point scoring has been utterly reprehensible and the great unwashed are too damn thick to see it.

Fox and ferrari, whether or not you agree with them, are remarkably calm and composed and do not engage in political point scoring.

And yes, good point, the same cladding is on football stadiums where players on £300k a week play, £200 a night hotels so isn't restricted to a tower block of poor people.

Political debate has boiled down to punch and judy, it's no longer about presentation of facts and reasoning, and more about who shouts and screams the loudest.
100% agree.

By chance I had a chat with NF yesterday - I've met him before. He's a good hearted man.

Nope
He's never been on it your probably thinking of Russell Brand.
He resembles Jesus in some ways (well the Robert Powell version at least ) and thinks he's God so its an easy mistake to make

Bump. Starting now. There was a J R-M thing on jeremy vine earlier, seems as though there's quite a momentum to move him up the political ladder. I actually like him a lot. Although Sixus is a peculiar name to give a sprog. Suspect the next will be Septimus.

Rees-Mogg is certainly a cut above the other conservative clowns currently at the top of the tree.
