An old school friend and his lovely wife live down in Chuka's constituency. They tell me he is often seen around and about.... very high profile and he seems very popular! They are not CHuka's typical constituent.
My guess is there is a reason for that where he lives; although I am generalising a little when I guess that his average constituent isn't the sharpest tool and that, by definition, means that someone like Chuka can win them over quite easily with his 'charm' and ambition.
Personally, I think he is spineless and as someone above said, in no way any sort of 'leader' but more an opportunist!
