You have a point, however if Jewish people after an eternity of persecution haven't differentiated between those who wish to do them harm and there are a few and rightfully scorn should be put upon them, then they're not getting the idea of who hates them and who is being an edgelord. I've long found the sort of stuff coming from the middle east and far far right regarding Jews and super-secret James Bond-esque cabals cringe worthy and sometimes scary as it has led to REAL violence. No, i'm going out on a limb and saying anyone who was Jewish who was offended by this is a pansy, absolute pansy, there is real and horrible anti-Jewish rhetoric floating about right now that deserves the laws attention and focus and this is not it. It makes me wonder if Mel Brooks would've got away with the kind of stuff like The Producers nowadays with this kind of knee-jerk sympathy at others expense behavior.

Edit: A little bit of extra info to this whole story. His neighbor had heard about this whole controversy and proceeded to insult him in the street shouting "You're a nazi" then supposedly threw a dog waste bin all over his doorstep, after calling the police they arrested her. Not for the dog st, but for calling him a Nazi as that is hate speech. What is up with Scotland?

It only went viral because the professionally offended made it go viral.

This was not 'hate speech' and I truly hope those responsible for deciding to take this to court, be it the police themselves (I would have thought the COPFS?) get a bloody nose on this and are made to look as foolish as possible.

This is another serious attack on freedom of expression by extremist elements.

This man's life is destroyed, regardless of the outcome of the trial.
He wasn't actually having a great career as it was, but at least he was prepared to get up every morning and go to work, often at jobs he really hated.
I'd watched a few of his videos some time back, and then noticed his response to his original arrest, and watched the 'offending' video.
He's moderately clever at times, and can be quite funny.

It seems that when this kind of thing happens, the only protection is for many, many other youtubers and news commentators to give their support and spread the story as widely as possible, making it all but impossible for the radical SJW drones to make their case.

The statements by Cockburn don't even match the facts of the case.
It is reprehensible.
