Except it is. It was reported to the Police & now it's an investigation. What you want to see is neither here nor there. What you really want though is to promote the suggestion it's a Smollet style set up because as spelt out above in some detail, you are one of the hordes on the right who just don't like the man & pick holes in his account to undermine him in accordance with your personal distaste. You don't get to choose Ducky, I could not have said it clearer.
The point at which you get to throw shade is when this is exposed as a fake. Imo before then, it's tacit acceptance he had it coming & you should think on the implications of that attitude.
So you apply the guilty until proven innocent rule on his attackers then? The point at which you get to throw shade is when this is exposed as a fake. Imo before then, it's tacit acceptance he had it coming & you should think on the implications of that attitude.

No...I'm pointing out the barren thought process that leads to casting doubt on a victim of a crime because someone finds him politically objectionable. Not sure how you deduced that tbh but it does remind me of a Noel Gallagher anecdote where he bumps into a guy who tells him he inspired him to follow a career in music. NG asks what band he's in & the guy replies - bass player in Maroon five. NG looks at him & says how the fk do you get to that from me?Edited by banjowilly on Monday 19th August 14:28

Not at all, I'd simply like to see the evidence that it was politically motivated before accepting the premise. Not a difficult concept

AIUI that's what the Police do for a living. Everything else is speculation. On this overwhelmingly right wing website, the evidence of your own eyes should be enough to grasp the biased portrayal from he's a & had it coming to nudge, nudge, wink wink, he doesn't look like he's had a kicking. So we know it was a group of men - 3 was it?
Owen states they were on the political right. Although they said nothing during the attack, but let's assume his Political-fu was correct.
So we have 3 men on to the right, politically, of Owen Jones.
Quite a narrow search.

Oh I agree this website is very much to the right but he can be a and have made it up. He can also be a who was assaulted. The only thing we know for sure is that he is a Gameface said:

Looking at his injuries, does the evidence of your own eyes suggest he's had his "head kicked in"?I don't know, do you?
