In my work place, in a few I've been in actually, there is open verbal attacks, slurs, chants of rasist, homobia the list goes on as a result of brexit. if you voted to remain it grants you immunity to be vitriolic about leavers. All of the shouting, all of the language, the whole lot is designed to play out a narrative.
I am fed up, so fed up that I wouldnt be upset if there was a counter uprising. The left are calling for civil unrest (and they regularly do this), if they lose there will be violence at their bequest because "fighting for humanity". The left claim the right are violent, so they provoke and push and provoke until there is a natural reaction and then they go "look, told you".
