Allowed Uber to tax dodge in the UK by striking a dodgy deal in another EU country...And this case probably took 5 time as long as it needed to, as it had to go all the way up to ECJ. Outside the EU, it could have been decided at national level much earlier.

Had it gone the other way, with Uber ruled not to be a transport provider, it could have caused more excitement
