Exactly, ignore him and maybe he'll fk off. Pity the forum doesn't have an ignore button for posters.

Let's say hypothetically the polls are true and 9th June Labour have 100 seats. Would he step down then? If yes then would he step down at sub 200? Where is he I'm staying out level?

Also ignoring by how much he loses let's say he decides to stay on. As such that means he seriously expects to stand in the GE 2022 and see out until at least 2027.... at what point does he think hmm I'd like to retire.

Survation poll today slashes the Tories' lead to 11%. Early days but positive signs. If she doesn't increase her majority at the end of this there's going to be major egg on her face.
It hasn't "slashed their lead" because its the first Survation poll, you can't cross compare between the pollsters.

Go look at ComRes, YouGov etc and then come back and tell us about that egg...

A tiresome fool who deserves to be completely ignored. I don't think I've seen one of his posts that was either credible or vaguely interesting.

THere are more safe seats today, and less marginals, even with the huge poll difference, the sort of swing that might have been expected in the 80s is likely not to happen, according to the bods who called 2015 correctly. For 80's style seats to be gained, the Tory's would have to be on 80, not 40.

Theresa has gone into hiding from the media and refusing to take part in the TV debates like all the oother democratic loser parties.
She's the sitting PM. She's miles ahead in the polls. She's got absolutely nothing to gain from doing TV debates.

It's just an opportunity for losers like Corbyn and Farron to score some cheap points, knowing they'll never be in number 10.

Democracy is happening, that's what elections are about. TV debates are Americanised frippery.

Comes across as complacent on her part. She's the one who called this pointless election and now she's cowering out of being held to account. If she can't defend her record and what she wants to do then frankly you're taking a big risk voting for her. Debating with your opponents is a standard practice in any democracy.

Looks like she will be empty chaired and it won't look good.

Do you genuinely hold the belief that labour can win this?

I'd agree with that.

Does it really matter? The result will be what it is.

I'm sorry but IMHO all of the debates with what was it 6 all shouty and rubbish quality of questions and follow up.

Instead let's say an hour with Andrew Neil one on one or Eddie Marr on R4 PM all parties given the same time of questioning.

Initially pre the first Tv debates I thought they would be a good idea then witnessing them (and I've watched every one) it was dire and added absolutely nothing to the decision process

To you. Which, given you have a hard on for a cranky pensioner doesn't really matter.

If he and his close team were competent political operators they may have a chance.

But they aren't.

I'm sure you're the typical sort of easily led Daily Mail reader who was frothing at the mouth about Ed Miliband's energy bill capping law. Yet now that Theresa May has nicked the idea it's a perfectly credible policy.

Listen to what's being said instead of who is saying it.

So do you think Team Corbyn are doing a good job getting their points across?

Yes. Some good headlines in the last few days and looks fired up for the challenge.
