Identity politics is not a major vote winner, and is always likely to offend someone. Plus - and I can't put this delicately, there is a militant edge to a number of individuals who campaign and are "activist" about identity politics. This is unlikely to make them good politicians, as the lens they possess is far to narrow to carry a mainstream voting system.

I want and inclusive and diverse society, for everyone, not these sub cultures of identity politics and safespaces. Let's just be adult about it and treat everyone the same way.

Plus frankly until Labour solves is problem with anti antisemitism, or even more radically elects a female party leader, then frankly they ought to be less critical of "The Tories"
