A bunch of us went to one- when one of the group gave a signal we all started YMCAing and watched as half the room tried to change their headphone channel to hear it & join in. Childish but funny.
This is the best thing I’ve read all day.

His fan club aren't very happy that the BBC dared to air a comedy sketch that was critical of him. So naturally they started the false rumour that David Baddiel wrote it and went after him, since that fits nicely into the mindset of there being a Jewish conspiracy out to get him.

Replying to @DylanStrain @Baddiel

Spitting Image without the image or the ability to spit at the right target doesn't = satire.

Satire should be aimed at those who are in power and part of established order.

Deriding those who wish to challenge and change the world for the better is siding with establishment.

indeed - that is a scary mind-set. I wonder if he'd object to being locked up for rape because he could have done it?

I read the twitter thing, says actor and other stuff but genuinely never heard of him. Stick his name in imdb and one entry for 2003.

Edit. Now he will apologise to Baddeil if Mr B will apologise for something else. Drama queen or what.

New comedy feed to look into when I have a few minutes.

I'm liking Dara Ó Briain's interference in the feed - a very robust and amusing line of ridicule there.

Quite. Someone who actually earns a living as a comedian.

which probably means he's a "Tory shill" or something

Any news on Labour Live? Jeremy's north London Glastonbury?

News stories seem to indicate it will be an embarrassing half empty fiasco.
