i do think the Pakistani / muslim community do lack in their pr. why do the moderates remain so quiet? all we ever hear is the negative news.
i am of indian origin and i am sure that there are people from similar backgrounds as myself who are involved in criminality of all sorts . but that does not get as high a profile as muslim offenders , or so it seems.

You are correct, (see my previous post) and the majority of problems stem from other reasons than 1st gen immigration. It does however impact on aspects of the teachings/maintenance of the "home from home" attitude. Brides/Husbands/Family etc

I had the misfortune to visit an english Pakistani house a few years ago where all seemed normal on the surface. An ordinary couple with 2 children. It was as I was leaving the house that I heard a young girl calling out from a locked room. I realised things weren't right. I was subsequently told that she was handicapped as a result of inbreeding. The noises were disturbing.

Yes, I was told that they kept her out of the way, the hidden one. The other children seemed quite normal.

Not really no.
People move for many reasons but I do not think a primary fear of bombing is one of them, this thread is about the social reasons for "white-flight" and the reasons for the self-segregation, lack of integration etc.

Terrorism and rape gangs are covered in other threads mate.

YOU are discussing a particular demographic. The OP and link are not focussed on the demographic YOU are focussing on. The link discusses minority integration via a vis each other, and vis a vis the hosts (white people). It does not focus on the minority YOU want to focus on. The broad conclusions are;

Minorities are integrating better with each other.

Minorities and white integration is getting worse.

Now if you want to discuss Pakistani/Muslim integration, that's fine. But don't take the high ground about telling people what we are discussing - because that is about integration period. Not about a specific demographic.
