All the Canadians I know are a down to earth, resourceful, pretty hardy bunch. Their national sport is kicking the st out of each other on ice with sticks. I don't know how true this is, but a tabloid was saying that he has been snubbed by Indian PM? Apparently for other leader visits he went personally to the airport, but Justin got some deputy and the whole thing has been treated as a minor non-official event.

After 3 days of wearing those outfits, he went back to a suit so guessing he has realised what a twit he is.
