Presumably she will be resigning so a minority person can take her position?

She forgot the bit about being a woman, conveniently! She's giving up no cards at all there, and very much keeping the only one she has.

If there's a big fat redundancy payment/early retirement package and a sweet consulting gig.

BBC link: " Does Justin Trudeau apologise too much?"

He does, but he's sorry about that.

Every time he apologises, I end up feeling that I should apologise too.

So here it is;
I am sorry that I may know people who actually voted for this idiot.
It will take years for Canada to recover from his constant promotion and expansion of victim culture.

Do you think there will be enough of a backlash come the next elections to restore some sense of normailty, or have the libs/lefties got the ballot boxes sewn up?

I tried to emigrate to Canada about ten years ago. They rejected me.

Think he’ll send me a personal apology? tongue out

I am Canadian, I'm tempted to move back just so I can vote for Trudeau.

I have no strong feelings about him one way or the other but pissing off the mentalists who rant and froth about him would be a good laugh.

He’s still doing well in the polls although his party appear to be losing some ground to the opposition.

JT seems like a decent enough bloke - not sure I’d want him as PM though as he comes across out of his depth. But then I’m not Canadian and they seem to think he does make a good PM so hey-ho.

Try again. If you're white tell them that you're anything but and that you prefer to be known as Mx Wobbegong

Politics is hilarious at the moment. I don’t understand how people can get so angry about their choice not winning in a vote. I blame TV talent shows hehe

Emergency debate in the House of Commons , Trudeau dodging questions on their SNC Lavalin cock up , and Morneau walking out of a press conference unable to cope with the questions .
Oh boy I can't wait to watch these s squirm .

amongst many things

''But at the same time the Trudeau government was bending the law to protect 3,400 Quebec jobs, it was shrugging off a jobs debacle in the western province of Alberta.''
