What did you do about the "plenty of sexism" you witnessed in your job?
Why do you ask? Are you hoping for some cheap point scoring or similar? You are certainly not asking out of interest, so what do you think I did about it (and continue to do so, especially as I line manage one female school leaver)?
Add it's not 'witnessed', it's 'witness'. It hasn't stopped - it's a very ingrained thing (although generally restricted to those of older generations).

It depresses me to think of the struggles my daughters are going to face as they grow up, especially when confronted with things like this thread.
Oh woes is me that I have daughters. Woes is me that as a man i cannot appreciate how good women in the West have it. Your daughters are fking lucky.

I do have to wonder about the purpose of your claim if you aren't prepared to expand on it.Maybe you were just trying some cheap point scoring...?!

You're the one who seems to think that there's a significant problem and so it seems reasonable to ask what you personally are doing about the situation.Add it's not 'witnessed', it's 'witness'. Presumably very little, hence why it's apparently still going on?

We need equity. Which means giving people what they need to be succesful.
And yes if that means taking something away from someone else then so be it, it's for the greater good. That's civilisation brother.
Does that go for who gets the kids? Most parents would say the kids are more important than money - yet there is a big push in society to get equality for females (no issue with that if it is equality - there are plenty of places it needs to happen) yet surely the more important thing (kids) is then against males? So male privilege is actually for the less important thing in (most) people's lives? And yes if that means taking something away from someone else then so be it, it's for the greater good. That's civilisation brother.

Just thinking why do we have different retirement ages for men and women? hows that nor sexiest?
It'll be fixed soon -Telegraph said:
The state pension age is currently 65 for men and nearly 63 for women. The latter will keep steadily rising every few months and equalise at 65 for men and women in 2018. It will then increase every few months, reaching 66 by 2020. The next planned increase, towards age 67, will start in 2026 and conclude in 2028

The thing is - the notice of the increase in pension age was first given back in 1995 - around 20 years before any of the affected women were due to retire. This is more than enough time to make additional provision......unfortunately, many women took no notice at the time.
