Rich Hall evaluates the situation to date. His pre election ones were quite good and might still be on catchup.

“I think the president is somewhat indifferent to things that are true or false. He has spent his whole life bullstting. He has succeeded by bullstting. He has gotten the presidency by bullstting. It’s very hard to tell somebody at that point that bullst doesn’t work because look at results. Right?

But that’s what he does. He sees something he doesn’t particularly care if it’s true or not. Just puts it out there and then he puts something else out. Notice again at the press conference, when pushed on it, doesn't take responsibility. ‘I wasn’t saying that just quoting somebody else'"

Yes I know "fake media" but sums up Trump pretty simply IMO

I tried on the other thread but only got insulted.

It's up to the mods to organise the forums I suppose but it is just plain silly that we now have two threads on Trump. The other one was supposed to be about the BBC's reporting of Trump but that "theme" has long since been abandoned in the discussion over there.

Have the BBC done a lot?

I am watching the US press more than anything, including the loony tunes ones. Now Tillerson has been a bit email savvy it would seem and a bit vague with what he was supposed to reveal to committees.

Not sure if serious etc, but let's see.

Tell us what you think the tax return tells us about Trump that is favourable.

Then, for balance, tell us what you think it tells us that is unfavourable.

A lot of people wanted a change from the entirely self serving career Politicians and now we have got a Non Political President of the USA. Not many would have chosen him but the noise coming from the "precious ones" is quite deafening so already he has had some effect. The American people elected him it will be up to them to decide if he is worthy of their votes.
Clearly this "noise" is proof of his immense achievements. Yes. It really is. If you don't agree, you're fake news. Trump is...tremendous.

If you're going to peddle blatant untruths, at least make them a bit harder to unpick. This one gets 0/10 for flair.

Even the ZH story doesn't support its headline.

You read past the headline, right?

You know, into that big bunch of really little letters?

No? Oh poor you...

And yet they ask for evidence to be preserved from a certain Mr Stone?

Day is young yet on this I think, and no one knows all to date? Is this so far or the definitive no?

But also you must accept that collusion is not the only way the Russian can play dirty.

"The wall must be 30 feet high while looking imposing from the Mexican side and tasteful from the American side, Pete Hegseth reported."

laugh

I suggest pebble dash, or should I say "pablo dash" on that side with mock granite on the other.....

cool

Not quite sure how you make a 30 foot wall "tasteful". Might want to ask his Russian friends, lots of experience in Germany circa 1945 to 1980's....

No, I agree. He's a typical post-and hide poster. It's one of the reasons he has no credibility.

You know for sure that he didn't say these things to her directly?

It's hardly a secret that America (not just Trump - Obama said the same I believe) are fed up of free loading NATO members. And Trump has called this out many times.

In any objective analysis (;)), he's correct.

Spunktrumpet approval rating down to 37%, lowest for any President at this stage of the presidency for 70 years.

The American people do not approve of this idiot despite what certain posters on PH think.

President Trump’s budget would eliminate the Legal Services Corporation, which helps low-income individuals obtain representation in civil proceedings.

What is it with kicking the poor that gives Trump so much inner bliss?
It's almost like he believes that not being a millionaire is a personal choice.

I look this AM and Schiff says there is still an investigation and is still ongoing.

He (Nunes) might be right, there is no collision. He might be wrong, but getting partisan before an enquiry is over, not really good.

Flynn's payments for example, they scream investigation. Even to clear his name of any wrong doing. And what rich Russians have poured into Trump is no ones business. Apparently....
