What muslim ban? How is that going to stop you travelling from the UK to the USA?
The scaremongering is nearly as bad as the lies.
The last 2 times I’ve been I was questioned by DHS for 2 hours. Apparently my name matches somebody on their watchlist even though they can tell from the pictures they have that I’m not him. But they can't release me until somebody from Washington gives them permission. This was pre-Trump so I doubt if they’ve become any more flexible since then. As I said, i'd rather not risk spending £10k on tickets/flights/accommodation only to be put on the first flight back to Blighty. The scaremongering is nearly as bad as the lies.

On a wider scale, what policies in the middle east are displacing people from their homes? How is he turning them into refugees, specifically I note, you state "we are going to have more refugees", can you explain what you meant by that?
I’m surprised that should need explaining. US military action in Iraq, Afghanistan, Libya, and now Syria has created a huge number of refugees. The UK has taken in 4000+ refugees from Syria alone. The UK is actively bombing targets in the ME. The US has killed at least 500 Syrian civilians in the last few months alone and “we” are standing shoulder to shoulder with them. In simple terms bombing kills people and creates refugees. That is what Trump is doing in the ME.I hope that helps.

Did you feel the same way about the Obama administration? You seem to be directing your ire at Trump when it would seem the US military industrial complex is the real problem for you (as well as the rest of the world).I hope that helps.

So it's not actually a Trump issue at all, it was an issue for you before he became president? Not sure you understood the question.Nanook said:

And how much of that action is Trump responsible for? In simple terms, Trump has actually been killing a lot less foreigners than many recent Presidents.I hope that helps.
.
Trump has increased the risk of conflict with Russia, with China, with Iran, and with North Korea. He's accused Qatar of funding terrorism whilst selling the Saudis $100bn of weapons.
he's a major league cretin, and May doesn't seem to realise that.

There's no question that he is mentally ill, none.
And the most ironic post of the week award goes to...We are nonentities (despite what some of us may think). What we say or do is of no real consequence (although we do wind each other up - which can be fun).
The US President is a different matter - and tweeting like a 14 year old spoiled brat is not very becoming of the office.
He's a dork, to put it mildly - and at some point this constant bhy tweeting is going to undo him.

Agree with you on that point that is demeaning the office he holds. However it does entertain and he has form and some of the previous are also nasty and I doubt this will undo him unless he really unloads something really bad.The US President is a different matter - and tweeting like a 14 year old spoiled brat is not very becoming of the office.

Amazing number that fit the bill today
I assume there is white rabbit to follow, rather than a brown or arabic one, who has been banned

I found her reply quite funnyI find resident Trumpetes rather adorable. 'Oh look, but Obama did this !!'
I really hope Trump stays president for a long time. The comedy value is fantastic.
Every time he does something like this, it reminds me of how wrong the words ‘President’ and ‘Trump’ sound together. They are sort of like ‘fun rape’ or ‘enjoyable disease’.
There are people here defending this man. They walk amongst us... Seriously! WTF?
I was reading yesterday that one of the press secretaries (Sarah Huckabee Sanders) was having a rant about CNN and the press in general during a press conference.
The Whitehouse correspondent from
Playboy (yes really) stood up and interrupted her. He told her (them) to stop bullying the press, stop being inflammatory, and "We're here to ask questions. You're here to provide answers."
I suspect he won't be allowed back in.
