So Brexit means we need 3000 less bureaucrats and pen pushers?
There's a saving already.
I guess the future will prove whether your opinion was educated or not. There's a saving already.
By the way that's 3,000 more additions to the load on the UK Welfare State which might be a negative factor on your savings.

Quite apart from the personal cost to those involved, we are about to lose the economies of scale, since we will be 'taking back control' of all the functions whose costs were shared between 28 countries. So if you think we are about to save money, I suggest you are somewhat mistaken. There's a saving already.

Of course, this needs to be related to a country's economy etc. but I just couldn't resist to put in my two cents.

There are only 12 countries paying more in than they receive.
True, but totally unrelated to the point I was making regarding administration and back office costs. If you think that back office functions are irrelevant, try getting paid when your employer forgets that they actually do matter.

Bak to OP. Is that Rosso Pearl ??
Yup - Rosso PearlI know the argument is lost already but 'The Only Thing Necessary for the Triumph of Evil is that Good Men Do Nothing'
I'm not comparing my pathetic sloganeering to the acts of true heroes, but it doesn't hurt to make yourself heard.
Consider that there are those (amongst the probable racists, xenophobes and of course the 'economically illiterate' ) who saw the corruption, waste, and general undemocratic, unaccountable farce of the EU as 'evil' and decided, as 'good men', to do something, and so voted to leave.
Just sayin'.

If you think the appropriate response is to threaten 3 million EU citizens (some of whom are my friends, neighbours, and colleagues) with deportation then I reckon you are mistaken - that is truly evil.Consider that there are those (amongst the probable racists, xenophobes and of course the 'economically illiterate' ) who saw the corruption, waste, and general undemocratic, unaccountable farce of the EU as 'evil' and decided, as 'good men', to do something, and so voted to leave.
