Same question.

Either way, both your points are a resounding defence of Tasmina with respect to the Law Society investigation. rolleyes

David Cameron was on to something when he opened but then quickly closed the can of worms that is the tax exempt status of many charities.

Why do you think I am defending Tasmina? I am merely pointing out what the accounts state, which I assume you have also looked at but know more detail behind them.

Have you made an official complaint to OSCR yet about misuse of charitable funds or improper accounting?

A man was washed up on a beach after a shipwreck.

Only a sheep and a sheepdog were washed-up with him.

After looking around, he realised that they were stranded on a deserted island.

After being there a while, he got into the habit of taking his two animal companions to the beach every evening to watch the sunset.

One particular evening, the sky was a fiery red with beautiful cirrus clouds, the breeze was warm and gentle - a perfect night for romance.

As they sat there, the sheep started looking better and better to the lonely man.

Soon, he leaned over to the sheep and put his arm around it.

The sheepdog, ever-protective of the sheep, growled fiercely until the man took his arm from around the sheep.

After that, the three of them continued to enjoy the sunsets together, but there was no more cuddling.

A few weeks passed-by and, lo and behold, there was another shipwreck.

The only survivor was Nicola Sturgeon, Leader of the Scottish Nationalists.

That evening, the man brought Nicola to the evening beach ritual.

It was another beautiful evening - red sky cirrus clouds, a warm and gentle breeze - perfect for a night of romance.

Pretty soon, the man started to get those feelings again.

He fought the urges as long as he could but he finally gave in and leaned over to Nicola and told her he hadn't had sex for months.

Nicola batted her eyelashes and asked if there was anything she could do for him?

He said, 'Take the dog for a walk.'

She knows that if she called for a referendum now, it would be kicked so far into the long grass that her grandchildren wouldn't get to see it.

After using it as a distraction tactic for so long, her bluff has been called. If long term Labour voters are willing to switch to the "Brexit loving" (and unionist) Tories, she knows that a referendum vote would lose decisively. As a one trick pony, she's got nothing else to offer.

Sturgeon on the Marr Show just now. Total denial on performance of Scottish education. Marr then nailed Sturgeon on Nurses pay. Marr then skewered Sturgeon on the current Conservative resurgence in Scotland. Marr then turned to SNP fallacy about remaining in EU single market. Sturgeon completely on back foot and stuttering somewhat through the whole interview.

Following on from the job he did on Thornberry earlier in the show and the attacks he attempted on Fallon, Marr is on fire - red meat for breakfast today perhaps!

Of more interest will be the Police response, if any.

It's going to be interesting to see how Angus Robertson gets on next month. He has a 9000 odd majority however Moray is an area which only just voted remain in the eu referendum (by a hundred or so votes) and voted no in the Scottish referendum (57.5%).

Will we see an Ed Balls type moment here?

Michelle Thomson was taking advantage of indebted pensioners, Natalie McGarry was embezzling money from a campaign group and now this......

Nicola Sturgeon has repeated her backing for an SNP candidate who is subject to an investigation by Scotland’s legal watchdog amid further calls for her to be suspended.

Scotsman said:
The Scottish Daily Mail newspaper, in which news of the probe first emerged, reported on Wednesday it relates to “financial impropriety involving a trust fund set up to help a vulnerable person”.
