I don't know whether it's been discussed yet, but if Scotland does split off and re-join the EU, how are they going to afford all the things they need to do at home as well as contribute to the EU coffers?
Well I'm under the impression that whereas the UK will be financially punished to leave the EU, the Scottish will be financially rewarded and supported by the UK if they win their FREEEEEEEEDUUUMMMMMMM. So Scotland will receive both EU and UK funding....or something.

Was he educated under the SNP government? That'd do it.

Unless he was kept back for 15 years (which I suppose is possible laugh), I don't think education was devolved when he attended school wink

Top state school in the country as it goes. Or was at the time.

It'll still be up there.

I wonder if the Turdyin fell out with her parents back in the day for taking up the Tory offer of buying their Council house in Ayrshire!.

I wonder more on this one though.... How the fk does she still appeal to a large percentage of Scots!.

I still have met people that are voting SNP that don't want independence. loser Also to kick the arse right out of it, most nationalist voters I know are completely against immigration and haven't read the immigration policy on the SNP's own website.

Dangerously confused individuals.

Maybe we should move towards only giving the vote to properly educated and wealthy people not the whole population.

That would work.

There are some who believe it should be an essay question, not multiple choice.

Just returned from voting, a giant 30 foot by 15 foot poster with the local SNP candidate mug shot plasters the local bowls club wall, and even part of the roof! directly opposite the polling station with lots of SNP bunting. At least the only person standing outside (who was wearing a SNP rosette) was in the rain.

How they get away with displaying that size of poster is beyond me, I'd imagine it would be quite intimidating to some people.

At least the strategically placed cars with SNP posters hadn't arrived yet. rolleyes

Good idea, let's start with the scroungers in perma-trackies who refuse to get a job and contribute to society.

Boom - there goes the SNP support base...

I've just gone and done my bit in the pissing rain. They don't even bother in Nicola Sturgeon's Glorius SNP Republic of Pollokshields, two of them under umbrellas, no signage, nothing.

No need. Sadly.

And only four options on the ballot. No Green, no UKIP, no indys, nada.

its not pissing in the rain though . The same here despite living in quite a high value homes area we are linked to a large town of LAbour voters but I think you have to still register your vote. At least we can moan with some credibility later.
