It's a bit pointless asking anyone again.

To be fair, cinsidering how westminster has performed since the last referendum, I for one would not blame any Scot for wanting out.

I would use the word shambles, but I'm not even sure it's been that good.

What is the demographic on here?

The result I want or the result the majority want?

No we don’t need another thread, but as you can’t add a poll it’s the only way to do it.

Even said, this thread is not for debate smile

To be fair, there's been a lot of healthy debate on this thread over the years.

I'm not sure I understand that, but yes my opinion has changed, Scotland would probably fair better post UK and I would not blame them for going one bit, if I was Scot I would go

Of course you would be voting for Scotland with the SNP at the helm, there is no way any politician would take their snouts out of the trough unless they are forced to. The likelihood is they would cling to power as long as they possibly could.

The SNP have spent the last ten years showing they are utterly incapable of running Scotland and have done nothing except create hatred and division. Why would anyone want to see Scotland as an independent country? I have yet to see any argument as to how it would be a better place by being independent, other than some nonsense about getting the Government that we voted for. And if this lot, in Holyrood now, is what we voted for then God help us.

Why would anyone, who wasn't a haggis short of a burns supper, vote for even more disruption, massive austerity and the creation of barriers between friends and families? I am utterly sick and tired of this utter st propagated by nationalists that somehow they care about Scotland, all they care about is their own narrow political viewpoint.

‘He gave the example of veteran Tory MP Ken Clarke, the Father of the House, who he said is able to "express a robust view but to play the ball rather than the man or woman".’

Where have we heard that before?

Hopefully(?) it was a pair of junkie pissheads rather than sober people genuinely holding this belief.

Yes, but I suspect the poor woman wouldn’t really care either way as to their underlying motives.

The BBC have produced a documentary which sounds worth watching: “Yes/No: Inside the Indyref”. See http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-scotland-scotland-pol...

For those of us who pay the license fee, it’s on BBC Scotland at 22:00 on Tuesday and all three episodes will be available on the BBC iplayer.

Don't panic, I have literally zero interest in rerunning the decisive event from several years ago. wink

I thought the indy muppets hated the BBC anyway?

Factcheck - Independent Scotland would have to adopt euro after joining EU.

Blackford takes a leaf out of the Salmond book of blatant lies. Has the penny/cent dropped yet with the SNP that politicians can no-longer bluff their way through technocratic issues?

PS. Under the SNP's growth commission plans it would take at least 12 years for an independent Scotland to be in a position to even be eligible to apply to join the EU never mind actually accede. Irony none that in that time the UK could have negotiated umpteen deals and arrangements with the EU while Scotland sits on the north side of a hard border between it and the UK, and the same hard border between it and the EU while it tries to steer its monetary policy to a point where it meets EU entrance criteria.

fking idiots, and fking morons who believe their lies.

SNP Drops Support for Independence

Nicola Sturgeon allegedly said:
In fact, I actually quite like Corrie, Ed Sheeran and financial stability, so staying Scottish and British is the best way forward.
