I've handily updated the SNP sleaze list. One day I'll do a incompetence list to sit alongside it.

Salmond - in court on 15 charges including sexual assault and attempted rape
McKay - resigned for sex pesting a 16yo schoolboy
McGarry - convicted of embezzlement
Yousaf - convicted of having no car insurance
McNeil - admitted fondling a 17yo and pumping the SNP bike
Hosie - affair with the SNP bike whilst married
Mason - refuses to represent constituents
Sturgeon - allegedly covering up her homosexuality

Anything else we should know about?
Don't forget about Bolander who resigned after spunking 8 grand of taxpayer cash on shoes, clothes and beauty products.

Apparently he had told the 16yo boy

“He was cute and would take him to a Rugby match”.

Problem is now Cherry has a free run.

SNP could really do with a leadership contest. Having to think for themselves would make most of the members’ heads explode.

I think nothing ever came of that so although it might have looked a bit smelly we've got to watch our Ps and Qs here. rolleyes

Likewise the Bolander one, I can't get excited about it as she was really hounded out for only spending within her allowance. And although I love 'SNP Out' she didn't actually do much wrong, it was just how it looked (to some).

The sad thing is that Mackay ought to have out on his ear months, if not years ago, down to sheer incompetence.

That deserves a clap, although considering the Scottish Government also today announced a review into the failing Curriculum for Excellence (an attempt to bury bad news behind the anticipated and now overshadowed hoo-ha over the budget) he was probably wasting his time!

I'll admit I whooped when I heard this news break on Radio Scotland. Closet Snat BBC political correspondent Brian Taylor nearly choked when he was told live on-air.

Everyone knows I am no fan of MacKay - he's an entitled arrogant greasy-pole climber whose ambitions clearly outstripped his intellect, and his judgement it would appear. Rumours been flying for years around Renfrewshire about his duplicitousness. Deserves all he gets and lets just hope he tempers his desires in future.

OK, so that now leaves the Scottish budget negotiations in turmoil because for all he was a total dick MacKay was also a self-righteous stubborn barsteward. As a minority government the SNP need the support of at least one other party to get their budget passed. If the budget falls then the government falls and we have a snap Scottish parliamentary election which would fall right after the expected conclusion of Alex Salmond's trial, with the campaigning occurring during the trial! Perfect storm for the SNP as there isn't a snowball in hell's chance Labour, LibDem or Conservatives are going to rescue them, but the most likely outcome is that they will cave for a poor deal with the Greens to get the budget through and cling to power as the Greens now have them over a barrel.

SNP - Bad for Scotland!

You have to be a liar to represent the SNP, so it goes with the territory.

Astonishingly good timing if you don't like the guy, or see him as a threat...

eh Joanna?
It's great that he resigned (and I hope the police get involved) because he is clearly a complete moron.
