Well well well, betting odds being slashed on Corbyn as PM. He won this way in 2015, can he do it again?

Has anyone told Theresa May she can come out from behind the Downing Street sofa yet? She's bottling her own election. laugh

On a lighter note, seen in today's Thunderer (can we still call it that ?) ...

The Times said:
Sir Eric [Pickles] ... is expected to take a seat in the Lords as part of Mrs May's disillusion honours list .."

Additionally, the following cannot vote in a UK general election:
•members of the House of Lords (although they can vote at elections to local authorities, devolved legislatures and the European Parliament)
•EU citizens resident in the UK (although they can vote at elections to local authorities, devolved legislatures and the European Parliament)
•anyone other than British, Irish and qualifying Commonwealth citizens
•convicted persons detained in pursuance of their sentences (though remand prisoners, unconvicted prisoners and civil prisoners can vote if they are on the electoral register)
•anyone found guilty within the previous five years of corrupt or illegal practices in connection with an election

So anyone posting links without some sort of commentary is "silly".

There is clearly a difference between adding content that is relevant and just throwing insults.

Most I'm sure can see it. I think you probably can too but would prefer to engage in this pointless spat trying to suggest they are the same.
You continue to refuse to engage in sensible debate and instead just continue trotting out hysteria.

You have proved time and time again that you are simply an empty vessel.
Oh, the irony
smile
Care to debate fellas, or are you going to hide again?

Just a shame you are not old enough to have a flutter....Although I suppose you could always get a grown up to put a bit of your pocket money on for you....how much do you parents give you each week or do you have a paper round?

NB. Not ironic because May has never been elected, just shows how our former good reputation has gone down the toilet
That would be the elected member of Parliament, the RH T May would it ?
The lady who has been selected to be the leader of the party that got the most votes in a Non Presidential system the British have used for a long long time. Is that her ?

Could it be our reputation is trashed due to statements like that on the internet that the world can see ?

I know I don't partake in the silliness on this thread very often but I have to ask what drugs you must have been taking. If you honestly feel that Corbyn has any chance of getting to PM then I suggest you put all your life savings on him.

Yeah I'm the loony. Your lunatic ramblings got that thread closed if I remember correctly.

The odds would have to be phenomenal for £3.30 to make a pension.

There are few things more G than Corbyn brushing off threats from Pinochet hardmen. I'm sure our "strong leader" May was busy organising a conservative fundraising raffle or voting for section 28 while Jeremy was literally standing up to murdering fascists.

It was actually the personal insults that got it closed. I guess some people cant contain themselves sometimes.

I often find those on the left becomevquite angry when others present a theory or opinion.

It was interesting that nobody could provide a name of a terrorist who having committed an act was found to be unknown. Most recently this has happened in France yet again.

Hopefully the upcoming GE will cement the ongoing attempts to reduce immigration and radicalisation. The new prison system will undoubtedly help with this and will hopefully ensure people are detained for longer periods.

I think the current government is heading in the right direction. I may even vote conservative rather than UKIP this time.

All the while Thatcher called Pinochet a "Friend of democracy". Looks like Jezza was on the right side of history.

Don't forget his friends in Hamas who don't like Jews... he refuses to condemn them too. Basically he has one principle - to be contrary regardless of the hypocrisy. The mans a weasel.

I've had my first leaflet of the campaign through the door, the Conservatives say that it is time for the Scottish electorate to send a firm message to Nicola Sturgeon, it's just not on for her to keep trying to re-run votes every couple of years just because she thinks she'll get a better result this time.
Quite right too.
