Ironic that a French Le Pen supporter just claimed she going to win because she is "the same as Donald Trump and Theresa May"

NB. Not ironic because May has never been elected, just shows how our former good reputation has gone down the toilet
May was elected as Member of Parliament for Maidenhead since 1997

What a funny fellow you are Gordon Brown, John Major, James Callaghan, Alec Douglas-Home, Harold Macmillan and even Winston Churchill all were at some stage appointed PM without going to a public vote
I was born under Macmillan. Since then only Wilson Heath Thatcher and Blair were at no point "never elected" as Phantom puts it. Even then Wilson is debatable as he held a parliamentary minority from March to October 1974.

It's how our system works and the only thing that has gone down the toilet is people's knowledge and understanding.

It is a mind numbingly, dreary tune to be fair. Needs to be changed.

Show me some evidence that he "condones torture, terrorism and murder through the use of knee-capping (drilling through someone's knees in case you wondered), nail bombs and summary executions". Some actual hard evidence that he supports those things. "Oh, well he met with this or that person" does not count.

Anyway, I thought we was meant to be a weak, pacifist, hippy but now you're trying to paint him as some sort of brutal thug who goes around Islington kicking people's knees in. laugh Make up your mind, you can't have it both ways.
What do you mean make my mind up? wobble I am unfaltering in my contempt for Corbyn. Show me where I've ever said otherwise? Can't, no of course not because you never answer a point and always respond by deflecting the issue. The evidence is surrounding you, making up school-ground rules about what counts, or does not, cannot detract from facts. rolleyes

It was not widely known though, you have good points with PInochet and the rest, but not Savile, he was widely loved at the time by the UK public.

Having your picture taken with somebody means you condone their actions? I'm clearly not the one making up school-ground rules. laugh

The evidence is surrounding me? You've yet to provide any.

They may well be the case but as it stands it is our national anthem, I admit I don't sing it and would abolish the monarchy if I could, however I do think anyone officially representing our country should be proud to do so and sing our national anthem or pretend to at the very least.

I think it does. Generally speaking, normal people don't take selfies with people they consider to be war criminals.
Oh. well in that case.

whenever Labour are taking a pounding as they have done for sometime now their default position is to bring Thatcher into the mix.
When Corbyn has his arse handed to him on a plate they will look about to see who will follow him and the realisation of just who is left in this Party will finally hit home.

Hang on...

You responded with the below referring "selfies with people they consider to be war criminals" and included a photo of Savile. Inference was yours...

Woah woah, let's not try and get inside the mind of someone who quite clearly needs a lobotomy.

It will be funny to see the wailing on here early June- let's just look forward to that.
