Manifesto = disaster.
May TV interviews = disaster.
Farage supporting Corbyn on Twitter = disaster.
Lead in polls down 60-98% from the peak = disaster.
A very nervous week ahead for the Tories.
A nervous week ahead for the Tories then 5 years in the wilderness for Labour?Manifesto = disaster.

As long as Corbyn stays around then gets replaced by McDonnell, Labour will be fine

Fingers crossed that's the case.As long as Corbyn stays around then gets replaced by McDonnell, Labour will be fine
The worry is how many of the hard of thinking who have believed the 'spend spend spend' tosh get mobilised.
A few weeks ago you would have imagined that, at this point in the campaign, Labour would be vying with the Greens or some other nonentity for the wooden spoon. The fact they aren't is rather concerning.

Labour want a "garden tax" which is apparently in the small print of their manifesto, or its proper term a Land Value Tax, of 3%
Well according to the Express anyway, not sure that a proper news outlet anymore but here's the link:
http://www.express.co.uk/news/politics/810616/gene...
If true that would raise tax bills significantly, with an average annual tax bill of £3887 but a lot more in areas where house prices are high e.g. Over £17k for houses in Westminster.
Wonder if other media outlets pick it up.....
That is absurd, how has that remain hidden for so long?.Well according to the Express anyway, not sure that a proper news outlet anymore but here's the link:

only if you, for tribal reasons, would rather vote for a guaranteed epic fail over a possible/likely fail. The Tories have shown their negotiating abilities with the EU. They were handed their arses. They are weak.
That's a nonsense comparison and you know it.There's a massive difference between Cameron going to the EU with nothing to trade and May going to the EU with the backing of the result of an EU referendum and having triggered Article 50. I'm amazed you don't understand that.
1) The potential to radically effect the future of the EU.
2) A veto over any new treaty, any new member, and any new trade treaty.
3) Being a major contributor to the EU budget.
May goes with a:
1) A trade deficit 50% of which is with German.
2) Money which will have to be paid from UK taxes.
Guess who had the stronger hand.
Seems the Telegraph and daily mail has picked it up

You mean that massive borrowing under Labour would have temporary benefits before leading to a massive collapse for which will be ill-prepared?That sounds familiar...

Bit more than £17k for a house in Westminster. This: http://www.zoopla.co.uk/for-sale/details/43960595?... is 1500 sqft, up for £50 under £2m. £33k a year in land value tax.
So, inceom tax, VAT on school fees, 20% IPT on private medical insurance, and 1.65% property tax. Anyone worked out how much that lot will cost them? I have, and I'm afraid to say that dear Mr McDonnell had better have some other fatter targets for years 2, because I'll be bankrupted by the end of year 1.

Much more needs to be made of this. It could and should nail Labour.
On introduction, any LVT confiscates wealth accumulated in the past and likely by more than one person many of whom will not suffer the tax, rather than taxing the accumulation of new wealth at the correct point.
Property isn't theft except by the state via LVT. Corbyn needs to be hammered flat over this.
