Choosing my words really carefully, but likely to trip up. When you're disabled there is something 'wrong' with you. Not wrong as in bad, but different, or not functioning correctly. These loos exist to cater for disabled individuals essential requirements. My older brother has Cerebral Palsy. Most of his muscles don't work, his legs certainly don't.

I'd imagine that all trans wish to be accepted. Being forced to use the disabled loos will single them out that something is 'wrong' with them IMO, which is dreadful. I hope your colleague goes legal on them TBH.

Yup, awful and from what limited knowledge I have, unlawful, too.

I assume the correspondence from the legal eagles was either guidance, or a warning. It's been a while since I've heard anything, IIRC the service firm person didn't say outright she couldn't use the normal bogs, probably something carefully worded.

Disabled loos have always been gender neutral so already fit the requirements very well there.

At the end of the day, for trans people to be viewed say no differently to a homosexual person in terms of their presence in a lavatory, cis people will have to be exposed on them a regular basis. Women will have to grow accustomed to former males in their spaces. Alternatively you'll have a 3rd neutral space, but then trans people will not wish to be seen as any different and will choose the space for the gender they identify with.

I attended a venue with a space for urinals and cubicles, and one with cubicles only, which is effectively what we since the advent of the WC have labelled male and female toilets, except without the traditional stylised signs. (The one with the dress offends feminist so at least you're in agreement there), This setup will work for all but an infinitesimally small percentage of the population.

People at work seem to favour the disabled toilet which I find quite annoying.

toilets bit like sex take up tiny % of your time an usually a private affair.

If your a dude use the gents if your a girl use the ladies, if you are trans use how you present.

Regardless when you are in there don't be a dick and bother other people, wash your hands etc and get on with your day.

The female identity, faught so hard by many to overcome the injustice from males over the centuries is being eroded to appease the right to allow men to identify as women.

Decades to gain equality eroding before their pretty eyes.

It had only been on there since march 2019. It was hardly a key feature of the product packaging.

Oh and trans men and Enby's exist and some of them have periods and use the product.

Also you forgot to precede your post with "I'm not transphobic but..."

The above post is very clearly from somebody who does not understand the concept of transgenderism or someone who seems to have valid points to make on the subject.

Not at all. I understand transgenderism, I don't understand allowing people to identify as women unless they have transitioned or are well under the process, otherwise that's transvetitism.

Then there's the symbols being removed or there's the idea that a woman born a man should be allowed to compete equally with natural women.

There has to be a point where we protect transgender people but that must not be to the detriment or disadvantage of natural women.

I'm focussing on women as good luck to anyone going the other way, Male identity is in the gutter and has zero value

That’s funny because I was only reading yesterday almost word for word what George wrote but by a feminist and I’ve seen very similar sentiments written quite a bit all from women.

Cis feminists? Without identifying the cis part one cannot deduce if you're talking on the views of natural or transgender women. We label non transgender folks as cis, so they can be identified as such.
