yes. met with them last month, they seem very keen to progress. Loss leader for them really to avoid the penalties (as are all the INTOG projects)

At least they are local to some 'deep offshore' types up there and vessel types for the mooring systems etc

Suspect Macquarie loaded it with debt and ramped the price, so much so customers found supply elsewhere.
