Rumours of another bomb now found at a Manchester station.
Source for this?
Or is it as valid as your claim the terrorist threat level was just increased when it hasn't changed for a year..
What is it with you?

Terror threat is now SEVERE.

https://www.mi5.gov.uk/threat-levels

Perhaps it's a fake gov.uk site, eh?
It has been severe for a long time, not just upped today.
Ok, that's fair. I was convinced it was 'substantial' - I wonder how many could answer correctly the list of terror threats?
But all the terror descriptions are a bit weird to me. I always thought 'critical' was the highest, but having just looked it's apparently 'exceptional'.
Which is ok, except you're trying to tell the majority of the populace. Perhaps the highest should be 'F HELL!' or if you don't want to swear, then 'OMG!' - everyone would understand that!

Words today, eh?
I never got any critical comments at school because I was exceptional!

U.S officials - suicide bomber suspected.

How can they suspect that so many miles away?
They listen to a lot of chatter and if this is a genuine IS led attack, they will be chatting about it on twitter, email, phones etc. Plus the NSA work very closely with GCHQ and they aren't that far away (Cheltenham).
It was probably caught on the arena's CCTV. Local police or GCHQ will have watched it by now and passed it to the Americans.

Lots of pictures of missing people (mostly young girls) surfacing on twitter. This is really heartbreaking. RIP to all that lost their lives. Very, very sad indeed.

Any attack is terrible but there is something truly horrifying about it being in your own city.

More like the sick spastics who organised this have been briefed and are chatting about it. The NSA and GCHQ will pick this up.

Little kids, buzzing to see their idol. Blown to bits with nails. I won't get political as it's been pointed out that it's not the time. But the time for not putting up with this is now. My niece is 5 years old and would love to go to this concert. The idea of her being killed or maimed makes me want to cry. Attacking soldiers or the police is one thing (and I was a solider and am not anti police) - but if they go after little kids it's beyond sick.

fking s at BBC news have got the word EXPLOSION in quotation marks and are still talking about baloons.

Time for a Nuclear strike I think. Wipe one of the stholes of the globe permanently and give them something to think about.

There are 3 separate threat levels- international terrorist risk, then 2 for Northern Ireland related terrorism (1 for in NI, the other for in GB).

I'd have thought it would make more sense to number the threat levels, rather than the current names.

Agreed. I remember the Exeter bomb in 2008 which was very close to where my wife works. Horrible feeling, but the city pulled together afterwards. Manchester is known for it's spirit, and it's going to need it in the days and weeks ahead after this vile incident.
Off to bed now, really not looking forward to reading the news tomorrow.

Some may well be genuine, but there are some very twisted individuals who think it amusing to put fake photos of supposedly lost people up on there. It happens after every major incident, be it a bombing or train crash.
There are even a few photos which get reported every time, no matter which country it happened in.

Sadly, the bomber will be known to police/security services.

Agree with you on the BBC.
Don't agree with you on the Nuke. Bad enough having 23, possibly more kids killed this evening. Given that it's only a handful of brothel bred donkey fkers that believe in these actions, killing a million innocent people doesn't help. Sending in SAS teams to kill them in their sleep however, fine by me.

Highly likely. No one has worked out what to do with the British citizens here who they suspect of being capable of such events.
Nothing at all will change after this, not a jot,

GMP confirmed on Twitter - https://twitter.com/GMPOldham/status/8668168919682... - no gunman at Oldham Hospital.

Suggested it's probably a panicked/confused reaction to the news the hospital was on lockdown as it was due to receive casualties (apparently part of their major incident plan - stop all other non essential activities).

It was a suicide bomber. Rumours of an IS boasting or confession video posted in recent minutes.
Any links for either the reports they need blood or IS claiming this one?
