It's about time we created internment camps for people that get drunk and disorderly.
Any family/friends of the driver probably knew how he gets when drunk and should be rounded up and locked away too.
We shouldn't have to live in fear of drunk, crazy people.

Just ignore the fact that that 99% of people can be good, moderate drinkers.
