And your point is?

I tend to talk about things I'm interested in. Don't you?

You'll find I have plenty of posts on other topics too.

And, at the end of the day, what's the problem with me posting on any of these subjects?

Does it upset you?

Does it make you angry?

If it does, then may I suggest you might have a problem.
My point is that you have an unhealthy obsession with anything Trump related, MTD and anyone daring to bad mouth your beloved BBC. Every time Trump is mentioned you are there like a rat up a drainpipe telling us that WW3 will have been started by him by the end of the day. Unsurprisingly, none of that has happened and shows no signs of happening anytime soon either, although Fatboy in NK is really pushing his luck. I can think of at least 2 -possibly 3 - former US President's who have been far more "dangerous" than Trump in starting wars at the drop of a hat, but let's not let facts get in the way of your frothing eh?
It's quite hilarious seeing someone who's been here for 0.25 years claim to know another poster's obsessions who has been here over 15 years!

It's quite hilarious seeing someone casting judgement on how long a person has been an avid reader of publicly accessible forums solely based on the date they decided to create an account and start posting. wobble

Or are you suggesting that there is an arbitrary point only known to the higher echelons where once a member reaches it they automatically receive preferential treatment and immediately become immune to the site's rules because of this newly gained status? Or perhaps you are suggesting that it's absolutely fine for him to continually post bullst about Trump and turn everything he says into a pre-emptor for WW3 simply because he's been a member on Pistonheads for 15 years so that makes it all alright?

You're right, you are, and other member's are entitled to call you out on it as well when you're wrong.

You sound like you're stalking him a bit. It sounds creepy TBH.

Are you some kind of accounting rival or is it an aeroplane top trumps thing?

Not when I'm wrong but when THEY THINK I'm wrong.

Call away if you want - but debating me rather than the topic is a bit tedious.

Not at all. Although I had just come from the Trump thread to here after reading his latest "OMFG TRUMP HAS MADE ANOTHER TWEET! RUN FOR YOUR LIVES, THE B-52S ARE COMING!" post, only to find a similar theme here so decided to chime in with my observations.

Hardly a surprise... Israel must be frothing from the mouth, any chance to get rid of Al-Jazeera from the country they've illegally occupied.

Without wanting to get into all that, it seems a bit rich for Israel to accuse Al Jazeera of inciting violence!

To be fair this trend is not restricted to a single poster....

Unintentionally proving your own point there...

Back to the topic - Iran has been a bit on the nose from the Saudi's because of the old Sunni/Shia divide so I'm not surprised any "ally", real or otherwise, is going to be hit hard.

Good on Israel!!
I'm surprised they haven't got rid of the Arab mouthpiece long ago.
I've seen a few of their news bulletins and wonder if they're really that much different to the BBC, CNN or other Western media. I'm sure Israel has it's own equivalents of those too.

Whilst I'm not an avid viewer, unless they're breaking laws isn't it a bit dicey banning something like this? It doesn't make their viewpoint go away after all...worse, it probably strengthens those who share that viewpoint.

I'm always against any moves to shut down news outlets. Even if you don't agree with certain stances a news organisation may hold, they should still be allowed to speak.

An interesting way to ps off your neighbours.

"Saudi Arabia has been accused of attempting to cut off former British protectorate Qatar from international trade with plans for a new military base and nuclear-waste burial site close to its border.

Riyadh is said to want to build a new industrial and economic hub and excavate a waterway along Qatar’s sole land border, allowing shipping to bypass the emirate.

News of the plan has prompted fears that Qatar, which has large natural reserves of oil and gas, could be cut off and effectively turned into an island."

Meanwhile......

"Donald Trump has welcomed Qatar's leader to the White House, barely a year after denouncing the gas-rich Gulf state as a "funder of terror".

The US president initially sided with Saudi Arabia and other Arab nations when they cut ties with their neighbour over its alleged support for jihadists.

But on Tuesday he praised Sheikh Tamim Al Thani for becoming a "big advocate" of combating terrorist financing.

He also said the emir was a "great gentleman" and a "friend of mine"."
