It's not against the law to dislike Islam. It's not against the law to dislike any, and indeed, all, religions. What's your point?

Nazis weren't defined by their dislike for modern art.

More correctly: "I don't like jews, the Nazis did not like jews....so I am a Nazi ?"

Pretty much.

I'm afraid that's exactly the position you've got yourself into. And your MO of bailing out when it gets too difficult hasn't gone away.

You call for Muslims to act as a single community when "one of them" commits a terrorist act. You call for marches and demonstrations to show that it's not in their name because otherwise they are guilty of harbouring the same feelings and of supporting the terrorism.

But when it comes to someone who commits a terrorist act because he doesn't like Islam, something you share, and very likely the reason for the attack, you come up with very granular reasons as to why you're different.

Maybe think about that next time you try and lump billions of people together simply because they have something in common.

It is worth pointing out that you can like Muslims but hate what Islam stands for.

The old truism is that there are such things as moderate Muslims, but there is no such thing as moderate Islam.

A valid point, but not relevant to the point I made.

Why shouldnt we be angry? Forget singing long to "Dont look back in anger", I AM angry, bloody furious in fact! Angry that my country has become a war zone for both religious nutters, and knuckle dragging racists & idiots, angry that innocent men women & children...children FFS!..are being killed whilst innocently going about their business, no matter what creed or colour. And whilst we all sing along & put flags on buildings & hashtags on Facebook posts, there seems to be fk all we can do about it. Our leaders are too busy sucking Saudi cocks so their rich mates can get nice oil & arms contracts, or inviting all & sundry into the country with not a thought of the 3rd world Dark Age mumbo jumbo, while the press rage against them and incite the hatred from the other side! Meanwhile the Big Brother wannabe in No.10 looks for more ways to check up on us, but cant use the ways that already exist to stop this crap.
I dread to think what sort of world my kids will grow up in unless idiots can realise 1 day that we are all pink & squishy inside, & bleed the same.
So, yes,Im angry, and need a beer

Someone isn't happy about the van cartoon!

Who knew how snowflakey the hate spewing daily mail were cry

And how does this work then?!

“The Guardian and its writer know that Ms Hopkins has nothing to do with the Daily Mail, but works for Mail Online – a totally separate entity that has its own publisher, its own readership, different content and a very different world view.”

Your desperation to try and link me in some way to this mentally ill/racist van driver is laughable..............but keep trying I am finding the efforts of a wind up merchant (who is so desperate) as funny as fk

That is an odd one. Because if I google 'Daily Mail' I get the result of 'dailymail.co.uk' and that URL leads me to the mail online, which might suggest that they are the same entity.

Ive read they have the same registered address and all of the articles on the site are just online versions of the paper ones...

Talk about throwing Hopkins under the bus though. Their own bus hehe

The online site is just press releases regurgitated, while the paper arguably does some journalism. But they are effectively the same entity.

You're not a leader of any sort, and I haven't graced you with that title. And what's the relevance of you being a leader or not? You want Muslims (leaders and non leaders) to march en masse to placate your feelings/fears/ego after a terrorist attack by IS et al. Simply because they are Muslims, ie, have something in common with the perpetrators.

You dislike Islam. The guy in the van disliked Islam which led his to commit the atrocity. You therefore have something relevant in common with the perpetrator. Using your "logic", why should you not be marching to demonstrate that he doesn't speak for you? Why should Muslims have to do it to placate you, but you don't think other Islamophobes should do it?
