Apparently GOSH won't let Charlie go home because, there will be an autopsy after his death which will reveal how GOSH have tortured him.....
If he dies in GOSH they can cover it up.

Morons everywhere. It's always been the case but unfortunately they now get access to social media giving them a voice that is far wider ranging than their IQ.

I also liked the posts where individuals called their local hospitals asking if they could help.

Shortly followed by others asking what they were saying when they called the hospital as they wanted to do the same.

'Rights Culture'

DO these parents have the right to demand Charlie be allowed home to die? It seems that they think they do??

The poor little child has absolutely no Scooby where he is, what is going on or who anybody is. There may be an argument to say that a child would instinctively know 'love' as that is a basic animalistic instinct? There is an argument to say that poor little Charlie is so far 'gone' that he cannot even appreciate that?

Who or what do they think gives them (the parents) the right to go back to Court - at great expense - to demand that their poor little child is allowed to die peacefully at home? Little Charlie doesn't have any comprehension whatsoever of what 'home' is!!!

This is utterly selfish in my opinion by the parents and is a by product of the modern scourge of society (well one of them): 'I know my rights' and the misplaced belief born from the fact that they think too subjectively on this whole mess.

Lost pretty much all sympathy for them as a direct result of THEIR behaviour - not completely lost as they are still losing a child they have clearly nurtured and bonded with but there is a limit to that sympathy and even that is wearing away/down by these selfish people.

and if they are allowed to dip into that fund to allow this, I would be furious if I had donated personally. I didn't BTW.

Let the poor little child go!!!

I hope; when asked, the hospital said "yes you can help by not getting involved, it is none of your business"

They could help by doing about 7 years training as a doctor, then explaining to retards why Facebook does not trump being a doctor

Does anyone know how much the whole thing has cost GOSH in legal fees?

And no doubt it will be GOSH's fault when it's revealed that it's cost them money which now can't be spent on helping sick children.

The level of stupidity on that FB page is frankly astounding, how can these people manage to get up in the morning and get dressed without help...scary stuff...

Food for thought though.. if one ever ends up in court these are the sort of people who could be on a jury deciding ones fate rolleyes

"What about one of their parents home one of themselves gotta have a house tho I can't see what's wrong with a flat I still think it's to stop them from getting the meds from America just in case they planned on giving it to Charlie at home"

I saw the appeal for assistance for palliative care at home for the lad, who in their right mind, having seen the social media hate and abuse being poured out against pretty much any professional that has had any dealings with this case would get involved in that?

You'd have to be fking barmy.

Apart from the dubious English, it's the thought that Hirano might be able to supply the family with his drugs for home administration that boggles my mind cry

I heard on the news last night that the parents thought going into a hospice was their second choice of care location, but would prefer to be at home and they were willing to fund the cost of 24 hour care for Charlie. OK, but the report went on to say they would then seek to recoup the cost of the 24 hour care from GOSH.

Couldn't they use part of the £1.3m that they raised to cover that care?
Why do they feel it's acceptable to take the hospital back to court?
