I think some of you need to take a step back and chill out...you're becoming seriously unhinged.
Which particular allegations are you suggesting people take a step back from?
None of them at all...more the hundreds and hundreds of posts on the topic. It can't be that healthy to be that obsessed.
I think it's fair to say that a huge amount of people are 'extremely concerned' by the person in charge of the worlds most powerful country.

I don't think it's too surprising that such a situation generates large amounts of interest and discussion.

I'm 6'2 with 250 lbs yet I'm around 17-18% BF which is even below average(healthy range is around 18-22%), yet I'd be considered obese according to stupid BMI
Wait, are you saying you are powerfully built?

The money from Apple is going into an Escro account and cant be touched by Ireland or the EU whilst the court case is ongoing.

Part of the change in USA tax rules scrap the ability of USA corporations from deferring their USA tax liability until the money is onshored. So even if they wanted to, they cant keep the money offshore and not pay USA tax on it. The incentive to keep that money abroad has gone because of that, coupled with the lower USA rates and 8 year write down rules there is no point trying to sidestep the rules.

You are correct on the two rates
So in this aspect this is a good move for the USA. Something positive.

fairly (I do some powerlifting) but that's irrelevant..there are still thousands people around the world built like me and better, the point is that BMI isn't really relevant

Surely whilst the Russia thing is interesting and heads will no doubt roll it wont be the Donalds, the really important and most damaging question is did Trump obstruct the FBI investigation into it

This is what will be Trumps undoing imo
I believe it will be the money trail that will be Trumps undoing. It's why Muellers gone after the money trail now, obtaining bank records and why Trump said that wassn't acceptable.

Several other heads will fall over the collusion/obstruction and the republicans won't come out of this well. I believe their policy of power at any cost will impact them for some time after this is all resolved.
I think that trump had little in the way of vetting as noone expected him to actually win. Now there are several investigations concerning him and no doubt the inteligence agencies are looking into all his previous business dealings and the sources of funding for his bankruptcy bailouts.

The ‘russia thing’ will not be his undoing, but the juice found as the investigations unfold will either paint him into a corner resulting in resignation or reveal complicit criminality which might result in impeachment.

Certainly i think its clear that team trump collectively stated ‘oh fk’ when they won as noone really knows how many skeletons are in his closet.

To you, probably not. To most people it's a fair measure. And Trump quite definitely falls in the "most people" category.

Looks like Yelp were not too impressed with some of the comments -

Active Cleanup Alert

This business recently made waves in the news, which often means that people come to this page to post their views on the news.
While we don’t take a stand one way or the other when it comes to these news events, we do work to remove both positive and negative posts that appear to be motivated more by the news coverage itself than the reviewer’s personal consumer experience with the business.
As a result, your posts to this page may be removed as part of our cleanup process beginning Wednesday, January 17, 2018, but you should feel free to post your thoughts about the recent media coverage for this business on Yelp Talk at any time.

I read something the other day that bookings for his hotels, or hotels with his name on, were down heavily. It seems a lot just have the Trump name on them and some 'management', they just licence the name. Revanue is also down on his golf courses, apart from the ones he visits.

Some of the hotels are now removing the Trump name. Some residents want the name removed fearing their property value is falling.

Pretty sure most stock market watcher type people are thinking this is a huge bubble waiting to burst.

Chances of a bigger recession than 2008 caused by Trump's reckless deregulation?

Of course if it was the biggest then he'd probably try and claim it.

Oh this keeps getting funnier..

Friday the US government might shut down. Its budget time and its always difficult, this time daca and even Republicans senators are causing issues.

Trump is though going to mar-a-lago Friday afternoon hes throwing a party on Saturday, $100,000 a ticket or $250,000 to actually meet him.

White House are looking at if a trump tweet late on Friday could count as signing the budget bill.

The government might shut down but trumps off making a fortune throwing a party.. How crazy.

Funding battles always seems to crop up in US politics, sometimes it goes the distance? It seems to be a political tool.

Edit.

What is Hannity on about?

http://thehill.com/homenews/media/369676-hannity-t...

Some memo that has not seen the light of day claiming it will stop the inquiry.

Congress has released their Fusion GPS Script, only a lot of the questioning members names have been redacted.

https://www.politico.com/story/2018/01/18/house-pa...

It really is a very interesting read, especially about Trumps ties to russian mafia, the money laundering through the sale of Condos, the Dmitry Rybolovlev overpayment of $54 million in 2008 for a property and his ties to Putin.

Trumps lawyers ties to russian mafia, in fact Cohen comes out as the center of most of this money trail and the evidence points to this money laundering occuring for decades

Answering to the question about people killed over the dossier, Simpson said that to the best of his knowledge, the people killed by Putin weren’t actually his company’s contacts for the dossier, and that they were other people in the Kremlin ranks whom Putin suspected may have been United States assets. Once the details of the Trump-Russia conspiracy began to publicly surface, Putin decided he needed to wipe out anyone who might be giving up knowledge of what really went on.

Definitely worth a read.
